Swedavia Advertising
Project managing redesign of new landing pages
I led the redesign of Swedavia Advertising’s landing page, coordinating with stakeholders and the team to create a more accessible, sales-driven platform. I also crafted user-friendly content to showcase ad spaces across ten airports effectively.

Year
2021-2022
Swedavia Advertising is responsible for the sale of advertising and ad spaces at Swedavia’s ten airports. They faced the challenge of presenting all advertising spaces to their customers in an accessible and clear way. Additionally, there was a need to create a more sales-driven and user-friendly landing page.
Brief
I participated in the entire process, from requirements gathering to stakeholder interviews, and ensured effective collaboration between the client and the team.
As the project manager, I was responsible for daily communication with stakeholders, developers, and UX designers.
In my role as web communicator, I was responsible for creating and populating the pages with user-friendly and sales-oriented content.
My role in the project
Swedavia Advertising received more compelling landing pages for their ten different airports. The biggest improvement was that they no longer had to upload inaccessible PDFs to their websites; instead, all their products were now available online. This allowed advertisers to get a clearer overview of the available spaces at the airport.
Solution
Lessons Learned
Due to the pandemic and budget cuts, I had to handle much of the strategic and operational tasks in this project myself. Hundreds of products needed to be added to the advertising websites, which took much longer than anticipated. However, the end result was successful.
